Device console data
DMS Ultrasound · 15 September 2026
This notice describes the device console and licensing service for DMS Ultrasound. The existing company and SmartJelly privacy policy covers the earlier website and application.
Accounts and device access
The console stores administrator names, email addresses, roles and client assignments. Necessary session cookies keep you signed in. Device records include a random installation identifier, a hashed hardware binding, device label and model, app version, activation dates and last activity. These support device licensing and the offline allowance configured by DMS.
Usage and performance reports
The simulator sends frame timing, window p95, refresh rate, GPU timing and dropped frames where available, together with session identifiers, app version and exterior/interior viewing mode. It also sends active training time, session counts, battery level, counts of application errors (without messages or stack traces), and time or activation counts for anatomy views, scan contact, freezing, postprocessing, the expert panel, shaving, gel and saving/loading settings. Paused or unfocused time is excluded. Detailed reports are retained for 90 days. No ultrasound images, anatomical tuning files, audio or tracking coordinates are included in these reports.
Who can see these records
Usage and performance reports are accessible only to authorized DMS staff. Client administrators cannot access these metrics. They can manage their own organisation’s devices, see license status and each device’s last contact date, and invite additional administrators within that organisation. Access and license changes are recorded in an audit history. Vercel hosts the console and Supabase provides its database and account service.
